Our policies

  • Terms of Delivery

    When ordering an item from MoeFashionLux, postage cost will automatically be added based on weight and postage fees sent from Norway. This will show during your check-out process.

  • Taxes and customs

    If you live outside of Norway and any taxes or customs clearance is necessary, it shall be handled by the buyer.

  • Returns

    If the item does not fit or live up to your expectations, we are open to accept your return. You will have to pay for the postage. If the item is returned in the same state as MoeFashionLux sent it, you will get a full refund except for the postage costs.
